For those of you who are new to FriendsforSoldiers.org, this website was created to gather donations for John Carter, a U.S. Army soldier injured in Iraq earlier on this year. This section in particular was created to update visitors like you with the latest news regarding John’s recovery and rehabilitation. Also, from time to time, we might post particularly moving comments that we receive from visitors (though only with their permission). In this way we hope to share the uplifting stories that in some way might offset some of the tragedy and give hope to John.
